Totally misdiagnosed issue. Wanted me to pay twice to fix Had my CR-V towed there on 11/13 for smoke coming out from the hood. Picked up car on 11/15, paid $1815. (already paid $85 for a rental for two days). Had my CR-V towed there on 11/13 for smoke coming out from the hood. Picked up car on 11/15, paid $1815. (already paid $85 for a rental for two days). They dealership told me I had a 3 years warranty. Then on 11/21, ran into the same exact issue. Called, had the car towed back there...They called on on 11/22 telling me I had to pay another $800 to fix. They completely misdiagnosed the issue. Terrible Customer Service. I asked them to not touch. On my way to pick up. I also filed a complaint against the dealership with American Honda....And contacting a lawyer to consult. Terrible. (I own two Honda's...Bought the Odyssey from this dealership, and the CR-V from another dealership). Paid thousands over the years there to do oil changes and address any other issues. Also, never heard from the Manager. More
