You cannot trust that what they offer you verbally is what is written down on paper, do not be fooled into letting the finance manager distract you with his sweet talk so that he does not have to let you know what he is truly signing you into. Tried getting in touch with General Manager, Ned Sobh to cancel contract prior to the bank funding it yet I keep getting stalls and even when I go to the dealership no one wants to speak to me or fix the issue. After being told numerous times that he would "be right out " I came to find out from a random employee that he had left 30 minutes after I had arrived, an entire hour waiting for him for nothing.
