NEW CAR SHOPPING I was not sure which model I wanted and Richard was very patient with me as I looked at the Odyssey and Pilot and went on a few test drives. There are I was not sure which model I wanted and Richard was very patient with me as I looked at the Odyssey and Pilot and went on a few test drives. There are so many changes since my last new car that it is overwhelming. Richard helped me to stay within my budget and still get the car that I wanted (a white pilot). But I could not sleep that night thinking of the light cloth seats. The next day when I realized that I really needed leather seats he told me that I would be able to bring it back for another one but then offered me a better solution.....to get a leather kit and have then switch out all the cloth seats to leather for a good price. I was so relieved and cannot wait to get them switched out. I do love my new white pilot and so far have really enjoyed it! I appreciate the help by Richard and the rest of the team. More
