Finance (Lance) sped us thru his part of the process. We know HOTA has a great service department via our experience leasing a 2015 Civic for 3 years from them, which was the car we turned in and replaced with the new Accord. More

Mini Coopers are expensive to maintain especially when unnecessary tires/battery replacement is recommended at a competitor. So we ventured out to a pleasant appointment with Khalistan who made the (usually lengthy) experience pleasant. The closing department with Dimy Saint Pierre. Was quite busy hence a longer wait than necessary but sincere apologies and an explanation were all we needed. Both gentlemen were top notch, proud of work with the customers and for the dealership. I’d consider getting a second HR-V. This vehicle has bountiful features, looks and comfort we have had in other, more expensive automobiles. I give all Hondas 5***** having had a Civic, a Passport, a Del Sol and most recently a brillant S2000 (why oh why did I sell it?). The dealership I give 5plus ***** because the experience was more professional and genuine than a competitor on Atlantic Boulevard. More

Great Service center, but This is the only place that has serviced my Honda in the 12 years we have own d it. My only issue is that they always seem to beg the patrons for us to give them the high st marks possible when the ad nauseum surveys and reviews are sent following each service. If you are doing tou jobs right, there is no reason you should have t ask and beg your customers to give you high marks. Please stop irritating your loyal customers with such childishness. More
