We have purchased 4 cars from them & always went to the service cent My husband & I have been dealing with Honda of the Avenues for well over 6 years. We have purchased 4 cars from them & always went to the service center to get serviced. Now keep in mind i could go anywer else for a cheaper price but i love my Honda & the team that helped me with getting my Honda. I just went in for service and surprisingly i was out w/in the hour, Im usually there for 2 hours. I recommend everyone & anyone to go to Honda of the Avenues for great & excellent service. More

Great experience!! They understand your needs and busy schedule. My wife and I were driving separate vehicles. We were going to leave a RIDGELINE for oil change and then They understand your needs and busy schedule. My wife and I were driving separate vehicles. We were going to leave a RIDGELINE for oil change and then leave to run some errands close by. However we noticed my other vehicle a PILOT had a light burned. We didn’t want to make another appointment and come back again. They were kind and change the light within 15min and we were able to leave quickly, and leave the RIDGELINE a little longer for the service to be performed. Also while waiting I wanted to get a drink from vending machine (which turns to be a slot machine ?) An employee saw my frustration and help me trying to get it out, when we couldn’t he returned all my money to me and offer me a free water bottle. More

Josh is a great representative for this dealer service cente My daughter & I dropped her car off for the airbag recall and Josh took care of us in a very friendly and professional manner. When we returned to pick up the car, Josh was with another customer, but remembered out name and said he'd be right with us; which he was. He is a definite asset. My only negative, was i asked Josh to have the service guys check the air pressure in the tires. Josh assumed it was done, but before my daughter went back to college, my husband double checked and the tire pressure was quite low...so it was not taken care of at Honda. I would suggest that service note the air pressure when received, to help clarify situations like this. We bought a Honda for our daughter for safety, and tire pressure is part of that. More

Great Job On the Tuesday before Thanksgiving Matt had to order parts for my car repair. He said they would be in on Wednesday, but I was going out of town for Thanksgiving. On Friday I stopped in on my way back home after a 4 hour trip. I could not make an appointment, but wanted to see if there was any chance of getting the repairs done to save me a trip back from the beach. Matt had just gone to lunch, but Bobby did a great job in a very pleasant manner and my car was done within the hour. The cost was exactly what Matt quoted on Tuesday. Thanks, Matt & Bobby. M. 2011 Accord EX-6 I had an appointment this past Sunday for an oil and filter change. The service writer was prompt in greeting me and getting the car back into the se I had an appointment this past Sunday for an oil and filter change. The service writer was prompt in greeting me and getting the car back into the service department. I was in and out within an hour. The work was completed satisfactorily and in a timely fashion. This was a better experience than my previous one where I walked in for front brakes and an oil change and was told extra work needed to be done, which I approved, but was given no price. $850 later, I wasn't too happy.
