Worst experience ever STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. I bought a used vehicle from these people.I drove all the way from NC to buy it.when i got there the car looked to be in nice shape inside and out wit I bought a used vehicle from these people.I drove all the way from NC to buy it.when i got there the car looked to be in nice shape inside and out with low miles.Upon starting the vehicle i noticed a funny noise the engine made,i then brought that to Linda Gansers attention (my sales person) and she told me that it was a normal noise when cold starting a turbocharged vehicle.I proceeded to test drive the vehicle and the car was misfiring under hard acceleration, i also brought that to her attention and she stated that it was probably because she put 87 octane in the tank instead of 93.i was very cautious about all this and told her i would buy the car only if they fixed what was wrong with it.I was given a 3 month 3k warranty that came with the vehicle and i felt better about buying it after they offered the standard warranty with it.so i purchased the vehicle and drove back to NC and as soon as i made it home the next day that engine noise that i herd originally got very load and i brought it into a dealership to look at it and come to find out it was the ac compressor about to go out and lock up.I contacted miss Ganser but she only played games and lied to me just like when i purchased the vehicle and they claimed they did not cover a/c on the 3 month 3k warranty even though they sold me a car with a bad one,they claimed i never pointed out a noise to them and was under no obligation to fix it, i had to contact Mr Bill Rogers and he said the same thing told him how upset i was and he dident seem to sympathize with me or my situation basically he made me feel stupid and told me i should not have bought a car with problems and that i should have got the deal for the repairs in writing.Now i have to spend 1500 dollars on a ac repair 2 days after i bought a vehicle from them. They lied to me played games,was rude and dident want to answer the phones when i called all they did was avoid helping me.STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER THEY ARE LIARS AND JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY GO TO A BETTER PLACE LOOK AT THE REVIEWS FIRST BEFORE YOU BUY OR DEAL WITH A DEALER.
