Honda Pilot EXL 2013 Service Came in for an oil change. Also had wheel alignment and tire rotation. James was efficient and kept me up to date on service, He also ordered a rub Came in for an oil change. Also had wheel alignment and tire rotation. James was efficient and kept me up to date on service, He also ordered a rubber gasket for my cup holder inserts under warranty - rubber gasket is wearing and he will be calling when gaskets arrive. In the past, we always worked with Mike Morse (?) and he was the best service advisor we have ever worked with. We have a black 2003 Honda Pilot EXL, and traded our 2004 Honda Element for a white 2013 Honda Pilot EXL at Honda of the Avenues - we purchased the 2013 due to Mike's unsurpassed customer service and excellence in handling any and all issues with our 2003 and 2004 Hondas. More
