Ever since I have owned my first honda which has not been very long, the service here and employees alike even extended to the shuttle guy, they all h Ever since I have owned my first honda which has not been very long, the service here and employees alike even extended to the shuttle guy, they all have been beyond amazing & knowledgable! Our very first stop with them to replace our AC they got us in and out in a timely manner and went above and beyond for us!! We have never had a issue with anything here and everyone has always made our experience the best!!! We live in Ga. And have another dealership near us but I'd rather drive the extra miles to go here than anywhere else! And I've never even tried the other dealership, it's just that this one had me at first service!!! :) Love love love Honda of the avenues! More

Oil/filter change Reception was exceptionally slow for scheduled service. Only 1 car in front of me and still had a 5 minute wait time for key turn in. 4 guys sitting Reception was exceptionally slow for scheduled service. Outstanding Customer Service! Very pleasant experience overall. The customer service has significantly improved since the last two times I visited since I purchased my 2013 CRV at Very pleasant experience overall. The customer service has significantly improved since the last two times I visited since I purchased my 2013 CRV at this dealership. This tells me that they are listening to customer feedback/suggestions and I greatly appreciate this. I scheduled maintenance in advance during the weekday to avoid crowds. The attendant greeted me and promptly pointed me to Service Advisor. Steve W. made a great impression as he was hospitable, professional and very knowledgeable about what minimum needed to be done within my budget with an emphasis on safety concerns for periodic long-distance travel. He offered several options/packages and even agreed without hesitation to conference in my husband to agree on the suggested service. Both my husband and I appreciated that very much. He gave me the choice to either wait there for the estimated 3 hours or take advantage of the courtesy shuttle to go elsewhere. This service along and the cleanliness of the vehicle was impressive. Richard, the shuttle driver was awesome and promptly dropped me off within minutes so I could make the most of my day off and even offered to pick me up later if needed. He informed me of the pickup location and provided a business card with phone number. Upon early return, I enjoyed the short wait in the customer lounge where they provided everything from fresh coffee (including decaf), TV news, fruit, snacks and their yummy signature popcorn. Little things are beginning to go wrong with my Honda and I immediately think "I don't want to deal with the service department" and I feel that I am losing confidence in the brand simply because of the service I receive. Used Certified Honda Civic I went in for my scheduled oil change, used the express service lane, and was out in an hour just as they said I would be. This is the third time I'v I went in for my scheduled oil change, used the express service lane, and was out in an hour just as they said I would be. This is the third time I've gone to Honda of the Avenues service center, I wasn't happy with the previous Honda service center I had been using.
