New Car Purchase I have dealt with this Dealership previously when I purchased my first Honda 6 years ago. I thought about possibly going to another Honda Dealer; how I have dealt with this Dealership previously when I purchased my first Honda 6 years ago. I thought about possibly going to another Honda Dealer; however, Honda at the Avenues was not only close to my home, I had a good experience the last time I was there. I initially did some research on the internet and made an appointment with another sales person; however, when I arrived, that sales person was with someone and I was passed to another sales rep, Luis O. Tousent, and I was very happy I was. Luis was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional all the same time, I could not have picked a better sales rep. He literally spent ALL day with me and made me feel comfortable in my decision. He is a first rate sales rep and is definitely an asset to Honda @ the Avenues. I probably would not have purchased my vehicle that day if it were not for Luis. I felt bad that I took all of his time for one sale that day, but he didn't think twice about it. I will definitely recommend not only Honda @ the Avenues, but I will refer directly to Luis. I thank you for everything. Stacy Hisey More

best oil change yet Customer service was above and beyond my expectation. It was busy time, but they finished my oil change so quick. There was fast Wi-Fi, coffee, and sn Customer service was above and beyond my expectation. It was busy time, but they finished my oil change so quick. There was fast Wi-Fi, coffee, and snacks in the waiting room, but they finished oil change before I even finish my coffee and little snack. I am absolutely impressed with their service. I recently went on a Wednesday for Ladies Day and I I always choose Honda of the Avenues for my oil changes because the staff is helpful and friendly.
