I have owned 4 Camry's back to back, and I did love them all, but I was interested in changing things up and wanted to see what an Accord was like to drive. I dislike pressure sales and was fortunate to have been greeted by sales associate Corbin Johnson (Richard had already left for the day), who answered my questions and guided me through the trim levels according to the features that were important to me. There was no formal test drive pitch. We were sitting in a blue Accord EX and I asked if I could take it for a drive, and off we went. Needless to say, I was favorably impressed with the handling and feel of the car, not to mention the fabulous audio. Coming to terms on the price was a process in which Corbin showed patience and poise. He was willing to go over the numbers again and again until it made sense to me and everything added up. He emphasized keeping the focus on what my bottom line was in terms of where I needed the monthly payments to be. From there, with the assistance and finesse of the finance guys, Brent (?) and Chris, we got to where we needed to be to make the sale. More
