Kristal verified that the car was still available and on the lot before my visit, responded to my emails in the same day, and adjusted her schedule to accommodate mine. She allowed me to immediately do a test drive, without asking me a lot of questions and without distracting chatter or sales pressure, so that I could concentrate on experiencing the car. She didn't pressure me to look at other cars or to make a decision on the spot; she allowed me to leave when I was ready so I could sleep on it and make my decision on my own. When I met with her to negotiate the purchase, she was respectful, straightforward, relaxed, and didn't try to pressure or confuse me. She didn't use typical annoying sales tactics like making me sit and wait for long periods for someone else to approve an offer. She negotiated a fair price for both my trade-in and my purchase, without being condescending, aggressive, or manipulative. She answered all my questions and provided me the details of the inspection when I requested it after the sale.
