Timely, courteous, and profesional service! My latest service was due to tire replacement, because I struck a deep pothole , which had a very sharp front edge with the right front tire, pinching My latest service was due to tire replacement, because I struck a deep pothole , which had a very sharp front edge with the right front tire, pinching the sidewall against the rim. The dealership tire price was competitive with local tire stores. Called and left a message and Mr. Morales called back within minutes. My Superstar Service Advisor I took my 2006 Honda Accord in for servicing (I always go to Honda of the Avenues) prior to a trip to TN. I had received some coupons in the mail (per I took my 2006 Honda Accord in for servicing (I always go to Honda of the Avenues) prior to a trip to TN. I had received some coupons in the mail (perfect timing) and asked for everything the coupon covered. My service advisor, Will Morales, checked me in and got me a ride to work. Later in the day Will called to tell me of some other areas of concerns found during the inspection not covered by the coupon. He explained the other items in clear details that I could understand and did not try to pressure me to have them done, he left the decision up to me. I elected to have the additional items completed but discovered that the "ready" time was not going to work for me so Will arranged for a rental car at their expense and the courtesy van came and took me from work to Hertz to pick up the rental car. The next morning my car was ready for me to pick up. Not only had all the work been completed but Will even got my key fob to work again - blessing in disguise once you're used to using it - terrible when it stops working! I left on my trip feeling very confident that I wasn't going to need to use my AAA membership to get me through and I was right - my old car ran like almost brand new again. I was so pleased and confident with the way Will handled my service that he's my new hero right now! You rock Will Morales! More
