I had the worst experience that anyone should ever have at a car dealership. I was looking to purchase a used car and I was not able to come to an agreement (which was completely fine and understandable). at a car dealership. Two days later I received a message on my phone from one of the dealer (Leroy Love) and he asked if I was still intersected in buying the car, and to give him a call back. One hour after getting the message I called Leroy Love back and he said that the particular car I was interested in had sold, and he was just call me "out of spite" to rub it in that the car had already sold. He is a joke of a salesmen, has horrible knowledge of any cars. I would never recommend anyone to visit this dealership; you will almost certainly not have a enjoyable experience. More

I would like too thank the staff at Honda of the Avenues Service Department especially Bill Rogers. He offered me fast and friendly service and took the time on three seperate occasions to ride with me and Service Department especially Bill Rogers. i would like everone to know what a wonderful service experience i had at honda of the avenues. each time my van was due for service the service manager offered to pick my van up on hes way to work and d experience i had at honda of the avenues. each time my van was due for service the service manager offered to pick my van up on hes way to work and deliver it on his way home iknow i am not out of the way but the treatment is still extra ordinary. i found there prices to be extremly reasonable and the staff from sales to service has always been wonderful. This review is specific to the Service Department, as I have had nothing but a good experience with the Sales Department. I called to make an appointment to have a part replaced and brought the car in righ have had nothing but a good experience with the Sales Department. Without even looking at my car, the assistant service manager Bill Rogers told me to bring it back tomorrow? Excuse me? Why did I make an appointment only to have you tell me to bring it back? When I questioned why I wasn't told on the phone that they wouldn't be able to repair it same-day, he replied extremely condescendingly that "well that's just something most people assume." Well sorry, Bill, but I'm not a mechanic, and I wasn't aware of how long it takes to replace a wheel bearing. Called the service dept. manager Brian West and was met with weak apologies and no real action. Both times I've been in, I've been met with deception on wait times and snotty attitudes. I will never bring my car back here again for service. More
The staff is always welcoming and friendly. They take the time to review the repairs and offer suggestions and advice for needed repairs. I would suggest their service department to anyone with any car repair need. More
This is my second Honda from Honda of the Avenues. Chief helped me with my first Honda, he assisted in setting up my credit (I just turned 19 and did not have alot established yet). So, I bought a nice cer helped me with my first Honda, he assisted in setting up my credit (I just turned 19 and did not have alot established yet). So, I bought a nice certified pre-owned Pilot. The finance manager knew that I had to stay withing my budget and he was very helpful. A year goes buy (without any problems) then I sent two of my friends in to buy new or slightly used cars from him. They all had a great experience and I got a big referral fee from Chief. That prompted me to look into another car for myself. I got a few extra dollars for my trade in, I qualified for the special finance rate and was able to get more car than I anticipated on. All in all, my whole family has since bought from Chief and we all love the service we get from the whole staff there. More
We just moved to Jacksonville and actually found this dealer through a co worker who referred us to buy a car from a particular salesperson. Our dealer in Virginia was much cleaner than this location. We noticed paperwork and garbage everywhere, and the bathrooms were messy. We Dealt with Marcus Meyer as he had sold my co-worker Elane a vehicle two months prior and I must say the experience was much like she described hers. Mr. Meyer professionalism and forward honesty convinced us not to shop around the other dealers. The office manager was a bit pushy but we always expect that. We love our new Honda! More
