The reception area for service is open to the elements, just a couple feet under cover. It was raining and breezy, we're standing there getting wet and trying not to slip on the floor while paying the bill just a couple feet under cover. I'm certain they could do better for both the customers and the employees who have desks there. Otherwise, the reps were super friendly and helpful. Not sure why we had to wait for two days for brake pads to show up for a late model vehicle, but it is what it is. More

Repair costs, including oil/filter costs are higher than your St. Augustine competitor. I can only assume I paid a premium for my last service.
