Salesman listened to what I wanted in order to make a deal because we had just sold our vehicle the same day. I had been shopping on their web site and was immediately contacted by my salesman. His number was a little high but we wanted a Honda so I told him if he would work late that day we would drive the 50 miles after 5 pm and make the cash deal. Deal was made and we drove our new car home. We just have to go back to get the window tint on our new 2025 Civic Sport. Very happy with the personal service and easy transaction. I am not happy with my service at this location as the dealership ripped me off and it was a very unpleasant experience for me. I had an issue with a starter motor and this dealership charged me through t dealership ripped me off and it was a very unpleasant experience for me. Moreover, I requested that I need to get home and Randy said I can take the loaner car and I found out later that I am being charged for it. I had enough with this dealership and hence, I will go elsewhere. More
