Negotiation: I already had a Costco price, but they were quickly asked about other quotes I had and they said will either beat it or match. They were looking to sell the car and I was happy with the price and we moved on. But all those negotiation conversation was just less than 10 mins. I liked the way they approached the negotiation and time spent on that. I have first hand bad experience of negotiating with other dealers when I bought a car for my wife an year ago, and you could guess how painful and draining that process could be. So I was even skeptical with this dealership that they will change the pricing later on, but they were very transparent and straightforward. Customer Service: Julio was doing the customer service pationately. Actually as a customer, I was flip flopping a lot on color and trim of CR-V, but he patiently worked with me providing all the information I needed. The color I wanted was not available immediately, but it arrived with in a week. They first said they will add the accessories after I sign up the papers, but surprisingly Julio got his manager's approval and had all the accessories installed and ready when I went to sign the papers. They were around 2k worth of accessories and they doing it upfront and delivering earlier than they promised is really worth mentioning. Even when I went to pick up the car, he was explaining all the features of the car very well. Delivery: The finance director was also very straightforward. I was very skeptical when sitting on the finance table, since that is where the things will turn upside down, but it was just a quick formality and finished with in 15 mins. The entire car delivery time was just less than an hour in which I spent most of the time looking and discussing the features of the car. Overall The car buying experience can not be better than this. It was a pleasant one. I will definitely go there again in the future and already suggesting my friends to do the same. More
