Just bought my 4th Honda Through Honda of Westport . . . I just purchased the 2017 Honda CRV and cannot believe the difference in this car vs. my previous CRV. Simply amazing how much more power, and technol I just purchased the 2017 Honda CRV and cannot believe the difference in this car vs. my previous CRV. Simply amazing how much more power, and technology that is built into this car. I have purchased 4 cars through Kam at Honda of Westport, and have had an incredible experience each and every time. I will not go to any other dealership other than Westport. The level of service and professionalism is outstanding. . . .and most importantly they are trustworthy which is not always a guarantee when buying a new car. . . and make sure to visit KAM . .he ROCKS, straightforward, knowledgeable and fun to work with.... Bad recall fix Took my car, 2010 Honda Accord, to Honda of Westport for airbag recall. While fixing the issue they notified me that there is another problem that wil Took my car, 2010 Honda Accord, to Honda of Westport for airbag recall. While fixing the issue they notified me that there is another problem that will cost an additional $523.00. I authorized the fix and eventually picked up the car. Drove the car for 2 days and after running errands, on the second day after the repairs were done, made a stop at Home Depot and got back in the car; but the car would not start. I never had this problem prior to taking it to Honda of Westport. I called and informed them of the issue and they opted to charge me to diagnose the issue, $130. After diagnosis, they want to charge me almost $1000.00 to change the starter. I was floored. Long story short, sloppy repair job, terrible customer service and their sole intent is to swindle the customer; In my opinion. I had an awful experience doing business with Honda of Westport. A routine recall by the manufacturer turned into a $1600.00 nightmare. Stay away from their service department. More
