Kam is honest, hardworking, trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable of the product and always follows up. Kam take whatever time is necessary to go over all the important points and all features of the car. He makes you feel comfortable and not rushed. His follow up and assistance is always available, even after you drive the car home. I need help with my Bluetooth on my 2014 CR-V, and happily helped me. For this purchase, as previously, when asked by other Sales Consultants if I needed help, I said yes I am here rose Kam. He is the only Sales Consultant I will seek out and use to purchase. I would also like to mention and point out John Peyser from Finance. John is also wonderful. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly (Kam too), helpful. We discussed pricing and Kam was able to quickly get me the price I desired. The paperwork was simple. When I came back to pick up the car, Kam had a surprise for me...he gave me an extra set of floor mats! Those are going to be so handy after winter has passed.
