Excellent car shopping experience on all levels ! My experience at Honda of Westport was handled exactly the way I had planned my shopping experience to go. I visited and researched 15 Honda dealershi My experience at Honda of Westport was handled exactly the way I had planned my shopping experience to go. I visited and researched 15 Honda dealerships and solicited quotes from all of them. Honda of Westport offered one of the top 3 quotes right from start. Once I presented the quote to beat to the other dealerships most of them said the offer was too aggressive for them to compete against. I went into Honda of Westport several times to check out the car to make sure I was comfortable with purchasing a CR-V over all of the other possibilities and each time VG let me mull over my decision without any over the top pressure. In my opinion the most important thing VG did was to “listen to the customer” and not push his own agenda. Most of the other dealerships e-mailed me relentlessly and even contacted me via phone during work hours even though I requested contact via e-mail only. VG was professional, knowledgeable and answered every question that I asked. I would highly recommend doing business with Honda of Westport and when you go in ask for VG. More
