Manny used to be at Branfon Honda but now is at Westport, I thought he would give his customers to someone else at the dealer but instead, he reached out to me - he knew my lease was coming to an end - and made sure I knew I could still go to him if needed anything car related. So when the time came to get out of the old lease, I knew to go see Manny at Honda of Westport rather than deal with a new person at Branfon Honda. Pinch Me, I just had an Excellent Car Buying Experience! I am amazed that after spending money that I am still smiling! This is all due to the exceptional treatment we received from our salesperson, Darlene I am amazed that after spending money that I am still smiling! This is all due to the exceptional treatment we received from our salesperson, Darlene Miller and Finance person Ivo Ivanov. Both are very personable and took great care to take care of us. Darlene has great patience and is genuinely interested in making us happy and satisfied. Her attention to detail and kind demeanor are extraordinary. She made buying our new Honda a pure joyful experience. IVO also exhibited the same qualities. He explained in great detail all of the numbers, choices and forms. At no time did we feel rushed to sign and leave. Quite the opposite. He truly made sure that we understood it all. To say that our experience was excellent is an understatement. After checking out some other brands we ended up here, and were wandering around the parking look looking at cars and window sticker pricing, when Kevin came over and asked how he could help. He told us about the various cars and options, took us for test drive in a couple of them... used our first names about 10 million times... the typical good sales person approach. He pointed us to at least one other vehicle, extolling its virtues, then when we said no, he said, of course not! That is, whichever way we wanted to go he was enthusiastically behind, like a good sales person... He negotiated a bit on pricing for the lease -- or made us feel that some concessions we got were good deals although I think the pricing elsewhere may have shifted upwards... that is, I think we were made to feel that we "won," even though we probably got very little extra. When it came time to talk pricing and terms he was on it, pressing, not wanting us to walk away. We're happy with the car. Kevin seemed knowledgable about the product, more so than a couple of guys at other dealers. More
