I was promised a trunk cover becuae my honda crv didnt have one when I financed the vehicle. I received one and it was faulty. I returned it and I believe I spoke with Abe. He promised I would get another and I never did. I received no phone call regarding this issue. I shouldn't have to chase anyone down to make sure they keep their word. I will Not be recommending anyone to this dealership. More

“Lifetime” warranty from Honda of Westport is a SCAM. We purchased an ‘08 Honda from Honda of Westport because it came w a lifetime warranty. We maintained the car meticulously. Now it has a leaking head gasket and the warranty company says that they won’t cover anything because we can’t prove we rotated the tires. We have snow tires that we use in winter so we rotated the tires ourselves. This is a total and utter scam and the company knows it. More
