I had the most amazing experience dealing with Kam and Honda of Westport. I live in the middle of the country, where no dealer carries the Honda HRV with the color and trim I wanted. I searched online and found the exact vehicle I was looking for at Honda of Westport. I was very hesitant to inquire about the vehicle and had no idea if it was even feasible to purchase a car from 1300 miles away. Kam made it easy, smooth, and clear. I never felt the sales pressure that I had grown weary of when visiting local car dealerships. Kam provided clear information and I never got the feeling that I was being led by the nose only to wait for the other shoe to drop. He promptly returned my calls and addressed every question and concern that I had. He also arranged for the shipment of my new car to my residence, with a full tank of gas, as well as the trade in of my current vehicle at an incredible trade-in value, including the shipment. The vehicle arrived two days earlier than I expected in perfect, beautiful condition! I am super excited about this sassy new car that I could never have purchased anywhere near where I live.
