The vehicle we selected, a 2016 Ford Escape, required repairs to the moonroof, and a new battery before it could be delivered to us. Our Sales Consultant, Chris Parris, went above and beyond by obtaining management approval for the repairs at no cost to us, and he coordinated the work to be performed by a local Ford dealership. In fact, Chris personally drove our car to the Ford dealership after providing us with a loaner car as a convenience. Throughout the process, Chris was courteous and professional. The time and attention we received from Westport of Honda was much appreciated. More
