Friendly non pressured sale. I went into the Westport Honda to find out what they would give me for my CR-V in a trade in for a new one. When I walked in, Luis Velez greeted me and got down to business. I was surprised that he simply gave me the numbers that I had asked for and let me go home to talk to my husband about it. When we returned there was no back tracking or games and we decided to go forward with things. Of course, they have to try and sell you additional warranties and services, but that didn't take very long and they respected our choice and didn't apply any pressure. I was very happy with our old CR-V and I really like new one. Thus is the third car we bough from this dealership and recommend it highly. More

Recently we went to Westport Honda and initially received negative service from one salesperson. He made a mistake on a quote and couldn't honor it and was pretty flip about the whole thing. However, the manager Danny came through in the end. He reached out to follow up and we ended up with a great car and a great deal. Gary was also super nice and helpful. Everyone makes mistakes at some point. It's just how you deal with it. We are very happy with our purchase. More
