I had my heart set on one car and was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get it because I refused to go back to Greenwich. I’m so glad I made the trip to Westport! Immediately someone greets you and sets you up with a salesman (I got Julio), and you wait in the waiting area which has a TV and free coffee. From the start, Julio respected my choices and didn’t push me for extra features once I explained exactly what I wanted. He also didn’t pressure me to make a decision the first day I was there, and waited until I was able to bring my dad in the next week. When it was time to make a deal, Julio worked hard to make sure he could give me the best price, and secured a trade-in value for my car before inspection. All in all, the experience was great and I felt comfortable and safe the entire time — I never felt like I was being talked over or not taken seriously (like at Greenwich). I’ll recommend this dealership to others! More
