But the purchase went very smoothly because of Kam’s responsiveness and attention to detail. When we arrived in CT, we went to the dealership the next morning and Kam had us in the car and out of there very quickly. When a glitch arose over the plates for the car (I have an out of state license and am registering the car in another state), Kam drove to the house tontice us our permanent tags so that we could make a previously scheduled trip. That’s the kind of customer service that keeps you coming back, and we will certainly plan to go to Honda of Westport when it’s time to get another car. Great job! More

Straight to the point I came into the dealership looking to lease a car, having owned a Honda in the past. I told Kam exactly what I wanted. While he didn’t have the exact base model Honda Civic available, we test drove the trim above it, which was the sport model. During the test drive, Kam was open about what the sport model had compared to what I was looking for in the base model. He didn’t try to upsell me on another vehicle or even one of the upper trim models. When it came down to making a decision, he gave me the numbers on the base model and also ran the numbers on the sport model just because we test drove it. In the end, we chose the base model. We were happy that Kam and the dealership answered all of our questions and acknowledged our wish list for the right car. We are very happy with our decision to get a car from Westport Honda and from Kam. I look forward to working with them again in the future. More
