By late that afternoon I was driving home in a brand new car!! Since bringing my car home, I have called Ryan on numerous occasions with questions about the car and he has been more than happy to answer them. This was one of my top experiences in buying ten new cars over the years. I had the Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds prices for two different Hondas complete with costs for the specific styles. I received a quote from Bill over the phone and he was ready at the appointment time to provide a test drive. Bill was informative and spent all the time needed to answer our questions but he was not pushy. Price was right in the ballpark for what Kelly and Edmunds said we should pay. We considered another brand, Subaru, and took a few days to test those but ultimately decided on a CR-V. When I contacted Bill a week later to say we wanted to purchase, we were able to complete the deal promptly and take delivery of the car the same day. I kept waiting for hidden charges or fees to be added, but the out the door price was exactly what was quoted. He spent time explaining the features of the car and synced our cell phones. Altogether a very pleasant experience. More
Bill Cassidy responded to my internet inquiry promptly and offered a fair price - according to Edmunds and other reviewers. This all done between 9 am and 11, and I was in contact at the same time with three other Honda dealerships. His responses were quickest and best. Went in at 2 pm - price for trade-in went down marginally after inspection, which I understood - and signed. That was Saturday, arranged to sign loan agreement and pick up car Monday at 11 am and did so. Abe took time to thoroughly review loan terms and offers of extended warranties, etc. with no pressure. Ended up, thanks to credit rating, with a lower percentage than I ever expected. Looked over vehicle - washed, gassed and cleaned so it shone like a new coin, was given run-down of features by Bill, an offer to assist further anytime I had a question, shook hands and drove away. Could not have been more pleased. Absolutely no arm-twisting. Intelligent people, all of them. A+ compared to every other dealership I have ever dealt with in the past. More
