Ted took all the time we needed, answered all our questions, negotiations on price went well and next day we picked up our Honda Pilot with had a 'FULL' tank of gas! We called Ted during the week several questions regarding features and functions of the Pilot as well as questions on the Sirius Radio and he promptly called back answering every one with perfection. Ted was a pleasure to work with and to make such a costly purchase....should we need another vehicle to replace our '99 Explorer...we will be contacting Ted once again. We have several options that we miss in our Explorer that my wife misses very much....the keyless digital entry, the lumbar back support in the passengers seat, being able to charge the cell phone when the car in turned off and the ability to raise the drivers seat higher so that she can see the front right fender area of the car....please consider these options for possible inclusion in the future design of the Pilot. My wife also thinks that there should be a more blunt cover on the floor vents under the two front seats....one because cosmetically the rough edge of the carpet does not look in keeping with the pricey appearance of the auto, and because the sharpness of the edge of the vents it can present a problem for little toes getting cut or toenails being torn when the kids are with us....also when the vents are accidentally kicked they will eventually get damaged...great care will have to be taken when vacuuming the carpet to avoid the destruction of carpet around these vents.... Gary's advice to choose a purchase instead of a lease (original plan) made sense, knowing that Honda holds its value over 36 or 60 months. Sales offer on the new car + immediate availability of different colors with the trim we wanted led us to a quick choice. Decision was made on Monday, we drove the car back home the next day. It was truly a hassle free experience with no bad taste of a sales rep trying to corner you. Not a single last minute surprise. The presentation of the car before leaving was very complete. Cherry on the cake: Full tank included at the delivery. It s been our 11th car purchased in 5 years in the area, (1st new one) and definitely our best experience. More

I showed up at the dealership with my 2010 Honda Civic Si to trade in and to purchase a new 2013 Honda Civic Si. I was introduced to Ryan Riggs as I had built the Si I was interested in purchasing on line and Ryan was my contact salesman. I am a bit skeptical when it comes to buying a car and car salesmen, but Ryan Riggs was by far the best experience I have ever had not only buying a new car but actually ordering it with the features and accessories I wanted. Ryan was honest, friendly and fair. I felt very comfortable with him. I was given a trade in value for my 2010 Civic Si which was which was exactly the value I had in mind after doing some research before showing up. I also was given a price for the New Civic Si that I wanted to order which was exactly what I estimated it to cost. In a no-pressure conversation, Ryan gave me my options and explored various situations that I was looking for as far as accessories. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave me great suggestions. There were no 2013 Civic Si's on the lot that day for a test drive, however Ryan contacted me a few days later on a Sunday afternoon to inform me that one had just come in and that perhaps I could come test drive it as the Si's sell very quickly. It felt good that he wanted me to get to see and test drive a car like the one I wanted to order. I came back two days after that and gave Ryan a deposit on the car I wanted ordered and felt very comfortable about it. Ryan had given me the lead time getting the car which was around 10 weeks. He kept me updated on the status and tolerated my weekly calls in the last few weeks before it arrived. It arrived and was far beyond my exceptions. I have never left a dealership happier, and will be back. I plan on seeing Ryan in the very near future to purchase a new vehicle for my wife. I would highly recommend Ryan and Honda Of Westport if you are considering a new or certified used car. Thanks Ryan for a great experience. I would also like to acknowledge Ivo Ivanov who is the business manager that did my paper work with me to purchase the 2013 Civic Si. Ivo offered and explained some packages to give me better protection for my new car, such as extended warranty, wheel and tire protection, paint finish and interior protection and theft protection with LoJack. He offered me a paint protection film that is clear. I had researched this film and was going to have it applied after I had purchased the car. I was very impressed that Honda of Westport offered a package using the exact film. I had Ivo apply the film for me and it came out fantastic. Ivo, thanks for the great suggestions and workmanship. Again, I couldn't be happier. More
I have been a customer of Honda of Westport for 15 years. Their service and sales is exceptional. I can ALWAYS get someone to help me but are loyal to Ted because he is so easy to work with. Friendly dealership, but then how long do rude dealerships stay in business? Selected them primarily for the warranty as I passed a lot of dealerships to get to them, but I would more than likely dealerships stay in business? Kam was wonderful to work with - the moment I pulled up to the dealership, he politely and professionally, asked if he could help. I was there to replace our former 2004 Accord (purchased from this dealers to the dealership, he politely and professionally, asked if he could help. I was there to replace our former 2004 Accord (purchased from this dealership in May 2010.) Thank God Our daughter is fine and no one was injured, but she had an accident on April 21, totaling the 2004 Accord, which by had been an excellent car. Kam showed me the pre-owned perfect car, which had just come in. Jonathan was exceptional in finalizing all financing and warranty documents and we picked up our new car on Saturday, April 28, 2013.
