I had a problem with my car on Wednesday afternoon, and I attempted to get in touch with the service center to see if the repair would be covered under the lifetime bumper to bumper warranty. Since it was ju attempted to get in touch with the service center to see if the repair would be covered under the lifetime bumper to bumper warranty. Since it was just after five pm, no one answered the phone. I was on their website, and a window with an offer to chat live with a service representative popped up. Thinking I could get some information, I tried connecting with the Chat Agent. After a pretty long wait, I was connected, and asked about whether my tire issue would be covered under the warranty. I had travel plans on Friday, so I knew I needed to get this taken care of. The Chat Agent couldn't tell me anything about the warranty, but assured me that an actual service representative would contact me "ASAP". I asked if ASAP meant tonight or tomorrow, and he said he didn't know, but he'd pass my request on, and he was certain they'd get back to me "ASAP". It has now been five days, and I have not heard anything from the service department at Honda of Westport. While I can't be sure they received my inquiry, I don't think I should be concerned with that. They offered this avenue for a customer to contact them, and I have been ignored. In the end, I took my car to a local mechanic instead of the dealer for service. I had no choice but to bring my service business elsewhere. This is the first bad experience I had with Honda of Westport. I don't know if the GM is aware of the dissatisfaction the chat avenue has caused, but I'm very wary of using them for service in the future. More
I enjoyed working with Brian Mancinelli;he was forthright and believable. The Honda that I picked up was presented in impeccable condition. I had not purchased a new car since 1995 and had heard many horrow stories; however, my buying experience was enjoyable. Honda Of Westport had the best price in comparison to other dealerships. The only dissappointment was the $350.00 fee when the car is returned at the conclusion of the lease period. More
Kam was a pleasure to work with; he really was working for you to get the best deal possible. I have only work with Kam for my last three leases. After having a full size pickup for 12 years, I was looking to get into an SUV, and the CR-V was one on my short list. From the moment we walked onto the Honda of Westport dealership lot, George C. Sc looking to get into an SUV, and the CR-V was one on my short list. From the moment we walked onto the Honda of Westport dealership lot, George C. Scott was there to help us. I was frankly amazed at the fact that we were able to test drive the two CR-V's we did by ourselves; just a copy of driver's license. After driving a 2012 CR-V EX-L w/Nav, (just short of 30K miles) I knew my search had ended! It is truly a beautiful, well-built vehicle and handles very nicely! George gave us what I believe is a great deal, and I got an excellent trade-in on my pickup! In addition, the guys in finance, particularly Ivo Ivanov, helped set up my financing at by far the best rate I could have secured compared to a similar used vehicle from another dealer. An area where I think Honda of Westport fell a little short, in my case, was in the final prep of the vehicle (150 point certified inspection). I had to add washer fluid after taking delivery, and I discovered that the left rear fender-above the wheel, was loose; also, a bolt under the front of the car was halfway screwed in/out. These items I brought to George's attention, and he had Henry M. in service take care of them gratis. These items should probably not have been missed in the first place. From the the time we arrived at the dealership we were greeted and taken care of right away. We were just looking with out really thinking we would by a car but we walked out the owners of a new Honda Ac greeted and taken care of right away. Honda of westport is great! We worked with Brian Mancinelli to purchase our 2014 Pilot. Using honda's longer term financing, we were able to make it work and get our new car. We closed the deal with Jon from finance who was also very courteous and efficient. We never felt any pressure from Brian to buy. He was the first non-pushy dealer we have run into! We love are family's new Pilot and we thank Brian and Honda of Westport for making it happen! More
My 2011 Civic lease was going to expire next month. I went to test drive the new Civic just to see the difference and start thinking about my next lease. I had driven the Ford Focus (pretty nice car) and was contemplating an Impreza. The Civic ride has improved in the past few years, and I was surprised at how much nicer it was inside. Well, long story short... I am sticking with Honda and just picked up a new one, and I look forward to many happy miles in this one. Oh, about that Focus - Fords lease price was 3x the down payment and 60 more per month. Kevin was a pleasure to work with...low key, no pressure and very friendly. Honda has such a great product, and Wesport Honda makes it painless to get into a new car. This is my 7th Honda product and I have really enjoyed them all (Accord, Odyssey, TL, MDX, Accord, Civic, Civic) More

This was a refreshing place to go. Never in my life would I have expected that I could just ask to test drive a car and be given the keys and let out alone with the car. That was AWESOME. To be able to drive around without a salesman yammering on and on, but to get a real feel for the car in peace and quiet. So grateful for that and the no pressure tactics I got back and explained I wasn't buying that day and needed to comparison shop other vehicles in the class. Imagine my shock when that was actually respected! I got a short (less than 5 min) and mild sales pitch about the benefits of their lifetime warranty and he even told me where the other dealer was to test drive the competition! They know they have a good product and they don't rush you to buy buy buy. No hundred phone calls the next day, no pressure. Ultimately I got a deal way lower elsewhere for the same car, but it was close just based on how civilized they were there. I gave them a chance to match and they came close and pitched the warranty as worth the difference in price. To me the warranty wasn't worth it as Hondas are so reliable and also I'm not the best with doing maintenance right on the dot and I didn't want to void it. But for you and many others the lifetime warranty and a very good price might beat no warranty and better price (if you can find it, their price was very competitive). So give them a try, they're worth it. More
