Given the short supply in vehicles we pre-ordered our vehicle and it was delivered to us as promised and within the time frame provided at the same price we had agreed to even though prices for Hybrid vehicles had gone up due to the spike in gas prices. The Danbury Honda team tried to dissuade us from going to Westport Honda by making false claims but we trusted our instincts and Kam was honest and provided us excellent service, kept us posted along the way when the vehicle went into production and immediately notified us when it was available.
