Great experience with Ryan Riggs! I was in the market for a new car, and had decided on another Honda (I love Hondas!). The only question left was to find a dealership. Westport Hond I was in the market for a new car, and had decided on another Honda (I love Hondas!). The only question left was to find a dealership. Westport Honda turned out to be the one, and Ryan Riggs who handled my transaction could not have been better to work with. He is knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and courteous, and I feel very lucky that he was my salesperson! He assisted during the test-drive, and was patient in accommodating my 3 year old grandson who was with me during the test drive. After purchasing, Ryan asked if I could return to the dealership to go over some of the new, computerized features of my new car (which I don't understand). He didn't have to do this, as I had already made the purchase, but I'm reassured that he cares enough to make sure I know how to use my new Accord. Ryan made what could have been a very stressful experience into a pretty smooth one. I would highly recommend Ryan and Westport Honda! More

Darlene Miller greeted me at the door, immediately gave me all of my options of leasing vs buying on all of the different models.We narrowed the selection down, she took the time to have me test drive a model that I thought might work and explained all of the various components - very patiently, as many of the new technical components are a challenge for me! She was knowledgeable, patient and friendly - a great combination! I was then handed over to Ivo to help me with all of the financial paperwork - another home run! He could not have been more helpful and professional - certainly made that end of the transaction seamless! He, too, went above and beyond! I have already recommended Darlene, Ivo and Honda to a number of my friends and fellow workers. Needless to say, I walked out with my new Honda Accord Hybrid. More

Exactly what we wanted at a great price We had heard good things about Honda of Westport, so when we decided it was time to move on from our 2004 Pilot, we went directly to Westport. The site was very informative and had plenty of pictures, along with a good run down of the features each vehicle had. On a whim I got on their chat client and was connected with Luis Velez within a few minutes. We had already secured financing and were interested in taking one of their Pilots for a test drive. He was able to arrange for the test drive same day, with only a few hours notice and we fell in love. He had our old Pilot appraised and was able to get us more than she booked for. We started the paperwork on the spot. The test drive and paperwork started on a Thursday evening. Friday we took care of insurance and financing. Saturday she was ready for delivery. We sat in with Sonia while Luis made sure the Pilot was ready to roll, extra clean, and decked out in new mats. We signed over the old Pilot (was a sad moment), signed for the new one, and rolled off. Really great experience, great deal and great service. More

Just looking, ended up buying, excellent service and deals Looking to finance a car, my aunt mentioned Luis Velez at Honda in Westport , so it was the first place I went with my mom, thinking after we would go Looking to finance a car, my aunt mentioned Luis Velez at Honda in Westport , so it was the first place I went with my mom, thinking after we would go to other locations to shop around, but when we met with Luis, he was very friendly, he spoke Spanish so my mom could understand, he went over the deals they where offering at the time, I was a little worried about my credit but Luis reassured us it would be ok and it would work out, we stayed filled out paper work, next day we met with Sonia, she went through all the finance information and made my credit not look that bad, we left with a Honda CRV 2016, best decision I've made. Definitely recommend this place, Luis and Sonia thank you for making it a great experience. More

Going into this I was more nervous about my credit and not being able to finance. Luis was able to give me a few scenario that fits my financial status. As for Dean, he reassured me that he will have me walking out with a car and he delivered. They told me that it would take a few weeks for the car to come in, but I wasn't in any rush. To my surprise, it had came in sooner than expected. I was ecstatic. I highly recommend this place to my friends and families. Luis and Dean, you guys are awesome! Thank you Kanga Kanh More
