The gave me $8,900 for my trade and the car 10% (a special they were running) off MSRP. These offers were without negotiations. Let's face it, folks, this dealership is part of a HUGE corporate entity that is multinational, and even worse, publicly traded. You're nothing but a number to these guys! Forget about getting any kind o corporate entity that is multinational, and even worse, publicly traded. You're nothing but a number to these guys! Forget about getting any kind of discount or break. That shiny new showroom you're walking into has a pretty steep mortgage, AND YOU GET TO PAY IT! Their employees don't even get a discount, so why would they give you one? Customer service is nothing to these guys. The only thing that matters is lining the pockets of the clown who runs that whole automall and making the shareholders happy. They'd just as soon step on you. I have nothing further to say. Go someplace where they actually care about you as a person. More
