STAY AWAY! I went to go purchase a new car and the sales rep asked me to take a test drive. This was my 3rd Honda dealership I have been to and when I told the sales rep I wasn't interested in a test drive, he said "ok, thanks for stopping in and have a good night". I thought he was joking and followed him to the showroom. He said "can I help you with something?" I told him I wanted to look at numbers and he said "we don't run numbers without a test drive - company policy". I turned around and walked out. I have purchased over 13 new cars over the last 20 years and BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! More

We recently were purchasing a used car for my 17 year old and did not want to spend over $10,000, when we were looking our sales associate was very he We recently were purchasing a used car for my 17 year old and did not want to spend over $10,000, when we were looking our sales associate was very helpful and told us to buy a "certified car" not an 'as is', because these cars came with a warranty and were thoroughly inspected by their mechanics so we did! Within a week the change oil light came on, so we brought it to our mechanic and had the oil changed, I guess I assumed thoroughly inspected meant the fluids were all up to date. Not a huge deal though, its regular maintenance. This weekend the check engine light went on, so we told my son he couldn't drive the car until we brought it to the dealership on Monday, in the meantime we realized that our tags had expired on 10/23 and no one called us from the dealership. So first thing Monday we called and the service gentleman was super nice and informed us they've actually had our tags for sometime now and to bring the car in and he could check it and put the new tags on. The error code is reading that we need a new evap valve (?), which of course is not covered under the warranty so before I even make my first payment I have to have it fixed. I think what bothers me most though is that I had to pay to have the error code read, I just bought the car 30 days ago. Needless to say we payed the $50 to pick it up and we will be making our first payment on November 6, for a car that can not be driven until it gets fixed, Follow up.... I spoke with Kyle from service he was extremely helpful and had me bring the car back in and have it fixed for an additional $50, since my warranty deductible was $100. After paying the deductible and several attempts to fix the issue they were unable to and then realized the warranty was void because my son hooked up an amp, and messed up the ground. So we chose to bring it to our mechanic and have it looked at but they were very good with trying to resolve the problem. More
George Braun is very people oriented and very easy to talk with. Made us feel very comfortable and even impressed my granddaughter. They worked with me with any questions I had and George was very helpful after the purchase of the vehicle in showing us things that I didn't even know the vehicle was equipped with. We love Turnersville Honda. Its worth the drive to come there for the friendly service, clean atmosphere and very helpful sales people. Keith Applebaum has always been our salesperson and he feels like our best friend always making sure everything is taken care of and keeping us happy customers. Saw George Braun for test drive. Was very patient and even allowed us to drive other makes and models without any problems. Very honest and straightforward. Saw John Boothe later that week to purchase the 2014 Honda CR-V EXL that we loved. He was very patient with the negotiating process (with Drew Tyler) and even stayed past the closing time to make sure we got familiar with the new features before we drove off the lot. Daniel Hill was the person at the desk who is responsible for the paper work. He was great, having to redo some of the print-outs (not his fault) and made conversation all the while. These guys will be seeing us again when we're ready for our next vehicle. More
George Braun is the type of salesman that you keep wanting to come back to. He's knowledgable, pleasant, courteous, funny, and we both liked him immediately. We felt comfortable working with him. I recently had maintenance performed to my 2012 Accord coupe - although I opted to trade it in the following day, I figured now was a great time to write a review and say this is a TOP CLASS dealership wi coupe - although I opted to trade it in the following day, I figured now was a great time to write a review and say this is a TOP CLASS dealership with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and FRIENDLY/HONEST sales people. A family member purchased from Honda of Turnersville a month ago and was equally as thrilled with their customer service and pricing. As for my maintenance - their department is great. I drove the car into the service bay, handed an expired coupon which was honored, and left shortly after with a freshly cleaned car. MOST of the dealerships at this auto-complex are outstanding - this one definitely is. I have friends who work in this industry so I have a little knowledge about how dealerships work in addition to pricing, incentives, rebates - I'm also very familiar with financing, leasing, residual values - and all that stuff simply from the number of cars I have purchased. With this experience, I can say 100% this dealership passes and exceeds expectations. More

The salesman was completely rude. He told me pretty much everything was out of my price range. When I told him what I wanted he automatically assumed I had bad credit when I have really good credit.
