Very rude dealer in NJ I asked an out the door number of a CR-v EX from Honda of Turnersville in NJ today. The Internet Sales Manager named as Christine Dorety asked me to c I asked an out the door number of a CR-v EX from Honda of Turnersville in NJ today. The Internet Sales Manager named as Christine Dorety asked me to call her before 9:00 PM. In the phone call she said I have to be right there to show them the writing price provided by other dealer, then they can not guarantee to match or beat down that price. I asked if I could scan and send that writing price by email for time saving. She said no and I must be there. I asked if I visit your garage, can you guarantee to beat that price down? she said no.During the whole phone call, she continually to speak for 10 minutes. I almost can not have a chance to say a word. She didn't have any patience to listen to me and finally hang up immediately. I called back to her want to express my meaning. She became even more crazy and said she don't care my complain or report her bad behavior to anywhere. She said to me:"you can do anything whatever complain or report or bad review." She also said because she is a manager so she don't care. She is the most rude customer representative I have seen in NJ. Her behavior damaged the reputation of this dealership. I will tell this story to any one I know in NJ and suggest them to avoid this horrible dealership. More

Misrepresent by not telling us of the Smoke Issue, just to make a Sale..Would like to return this Auto and purchase from Either Burns Honda of Cherry Hill , or Rossi Honda of Vineland ...These Dealerships would have been a better Choice To Purchase a Used CRV.... Horrible Customer Service I purchased a new Civic Si from Honda of Turnersville on October 20, 2018. I traded in a car from out of state, and everything seemed fine. Weeks late I purchased a new Civic Si from Honda of Turnersville on October 20, 2018. I traded in a car from out of state, and everything seemed fine. Weeks later, I began receiving calls and messages from the dealer asking for the title. Not knowing what they meant as the vehicle I traded in was not paid off, I was told that in Maryland you receive one title upon purchase, and another when the loan is paid off. I explained that I will check when I make it back home after the semester, as I was away at school full time and working full time. I continued to receive calls, to which I explained the situation multiple times. On December 27 I received a call from Scott once again asking for the title. I told him I had just gotten back from school and filled out a lost title form, and I would have it to him by the end of the week. The next day while at work, I received another call from Scott once again asking for the title. I told him the same thing that I told him the day previous, that I would bring the title before the end of the week, and that I needed to go because I was at work. Frustrated with my response, Scott proceeded to say “We are going to drop the car back off to you,” and quickly hung up. I was appalled at his rudeness and disrespect. He quickly texted me saying they must receive the title by tomorrow. I am beside myself the way the team at Honda of Turnersville treats their loyal customers. I was not aware of the title situation in the state of Maryland, and neither was the staff apparently, because they should have mentioned the title before taking my trade in. I am considering Mr. Scott’s rude suggestion of giving me back my car, because at this point I would rather not deal with Honda of Turnersville any longer. I work in customer service, and regardless of the circumstance, I know that I must always treat my customers with respect and dignity. No respect nor dignity was shown to me by this dealer, especially from Scott. This will be the last vehicle I purchase from Honda of Turnersville. I will happily take my business to a dealer that treats their loyal customers respectfully, like Burn’s Honda in Marlton. More

Couldn't be happier I met with Eric Sauers and he was a very non-typical salesmen. Friendly, great listener, fun, honest and very knowledgable. The manager was flexible, willing to work with my needs and I walked out with a very acceptable deal on a 2018 Honda Accord EX-L. It's the perfect car for me and knowing that I got a decent deal makes the driving experience that much better. I would highly recommend Honda Of Turnersville. No offense at all to the other sales persons, but do yourself a favor and ask for Eric. P.S. - If you get an Accord, get the 2.0 liter Turbo. You won't miss the V6 at all. ;) More
Manfucturer Defect in 2016 Honda Odyssey I brought my car here because the rear sliding door locking mechanism on the passenger side was defective after only 2 years of normal use. They sugge I brought my car here because the rear sliding door locking mechanism on the passenger side was defective after only 2 years of normal use. They suggested replacing both side doors because they thought it was under warranty when only one was defective. Makes no sense at all. Either there are known defects are there aren't. If they are known, they should be replaced at manufacturer's expense. I'd expect this quality and lecrl of service from a Kia dealership. More
