Mike Deferro, Service Rep. helped me with my vehicle. I had him before and due to his Professionalism, respectful and caring attitude I specifically requested him again and will do so every time I need my had him before and due to his Professionalism, respectful and caring attitude I specifically requested him again and will do so every time I need my vehicle to be serviced. I am completely satisfied with his knowledge, recommendations concerning my vehicle,he is not pushy, takes his time in making sure I understand the problems found, its fixtures needed and maintenance, gave importance of what is needed to be taken care of first and assisted me in plan of care required for my vehicle.
