Our salesman, John, answered all of our questions about the CR V and we didn't have to haggle much about the price before we settled on a deal. Took my 2011 Accord Coupe in for servicing and the service staff, Kristen Kennedy, couldn't have been more helpful. The old battery was removed and replaced on no time at all.
