I took my car in for an oil change . I was very happy with the check in and check out process with Mr. S Womack. I had a few questions unrelated to the oil change and he answered my questions and went a with the check in and check out process with Mr. S Womack. The first couple of times I got service I found a few of the service techs to be rude, unfriendly, and zero smiles. Until I meet Steven, this is now my second or third to having him service my vehicle and h the service techs to be rude, unfriendly, and zero smiles.
