The Honda Turnersville NJ Customer Service team and Leadership lacks professsionalism and would benefit from training related to Customer Relations. Presented to the dealership to purchase a used vechicle, and a vandalism event occurred ,tried to report the incident the General manger and Leadeship and the assistance I recieved was unprofessional , defensive , rude and inhumane treatment.Never once, did the Leadership team show empathy regarding the event or stated we appologize for the incident or demonstrated supportive measures. I was very disappointed by the very low trade in value for my car from Josh as well as Josh not wearing his mask properly and trying tk shake my hand. This dealership is supposed to practice strict covid for my car from Josh as well as Josh not wearing his mask properly and trying tk shake my hand. I inquired about a vehicle on Saturday December 18th 2021. I was able to speak with a dealership on December 20th and started the process to purchase the vehicle over the phone. I contacted an inspector to go out and inspect the vehicle. Halfway through the process I was told the car was sold to someone else. The communication was not great and their car was sold under me while I was attempting to purchase it. They contacted me and tried to sell me another one but I was not interested. More
Not only did I wronged one email, I wrote two asking for help with a trade in I had. Christine Dorety reached out by email and gave me the run around. Very bad service and didn’t even feel like she wanted my business. I’ll definitely be going else where. Hint taken. More
