I purchased a certified preowned Odyssey, specifically for the benefits of a warranty. I moved out of state, and the new battery died within the warranty period. I called (took 3 days to get someone to ac for the benefits of a warranty. I moved out of state, and the new battery died within the warranty period. I called (took 3 days to get someone to actually call me back), and the dealership refused to honor their warranty unless I drove multiple hours so they could test the old battery that didn't work, which I replaced (as if I decided to purchase a $200 battery to try to obtain the warranty reimbursement that was only worth half the purchase price of the new one, which would make no sense). I don't see how someone could trust this dealership. More

If you have a smart phone or like device, they will send you a video of their inspection . Waiting area is convenient and comfortable. My wait time was about 2 hours approx for 10,000 mile checkup, which consisted of oil change and tire rotation, plus a few additional items i wanted done such as wheel alignment, wiper blades repair, and cabin filter replacement. They always check complete vehicle and give you an assessment sheet I have a 2023 crv hybrid touring edition. More
