It was my first visit and I came there to figure out why my car wasn’t starting. They put a rebuilt starter in and a week later it had to be replaced with another one. All I got was grief from their service my car wasn’t starting. They put a rebuilt starter in and a week later it had to be replaced with another one. All I got was grief from their service advisor Mike who told me I should’ve spent $400 more to buy a new one instead of trying to stand up for their product and service. I noticed the other service advisors were very nice and wondered why he had to be so antagonistic. Right from the beginning. It’s too bad because I think he’s probably a very nice person but he’s definitely in the wrong job. I’ve spent my whole life in customer service and I know how to treat people. More
