The job was completed. On my first visit, I was told The job was completed. On my first visit, I was told that the work would take 1:30 minutes, and I could just come in and get the work done. I then learned that I needed an apportionment and I had to leave my car and I was told there were no loaner cars. I was then told to bring my car back on 7/29 for 7am and it would be ready by 1. I arrived at 7am only to learn that the service center opened at 730am. My husband was late to work as a result of misinformation by Mr. Ramirez. At 215 I received a call from Tom stating that they could not open my glove compartment to fix the driver side air bag. My car was in the shop for 5 hrs (730-130) and they only found out about this issue then. I was asked if my car could stay overnight but again I could not be provided with a loaner car. I was asked to bring the key to open the glove compartment but I was in NY at the time. I picked up my car and I was not happy to find that my clean face masks were taken out of compartment and thrown on the floor when they could have been placed on the driver side seat. This center is not friendly and do not greet people upon walking in the building. More

I am very disappointed with a recent purchase and installation .The car was my CRV . I purchased 4 new tires . The car was making a noise in the rear, right after I left the dealership . I took the car to another dealer near my home . He found the one tire had only 2 studs holding it.the wheel could have come off while I was driving. More
