I had the good fortune of meeting Assistant Service Robert Ramirez. Robert was very courteous, professional and created a pleasant environment while discussing my vehicle/service requirements. He was interested in helping me and took the time to make all of the appropriate arrangements to see that my vehicle service needs were accomplished. I have been a Honda customer for the last 11 years. I've leased 7 cars in that time. Anytime I have needed something done to my cars Honda takes care of it with no issues. However this was the absolute wors leased 7 cars in that time. Anytime I have needed something done to my cars Honda takes care of it with no issues. However this was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a Honda dealership. They are a bunch of liars and cheats. I only brought my car in for a System update which was a FREE recall. Next thing I know they are telling me I need a new front sensor at $1300. I say there was nothing wrong with my sensor. I look at my car and my front bumper is pulled off on the right side. I say are you guys gonna put this back? They say, It was like that when you pulled in. I say, No way that was like that. They then show me a pixelated picture of my front bumper taken 60 feet away from my car that shows no damage! I was then insulted by the manager who told me If I didn't notice the damage I should go get a stronger prescription of glasses!! I will never again step food into Toms River Honda! They are unprofessional and looking for ways to steal money out of honest customers. More
