This dealer is not helpful, not honest, and not friendly. I brought my Honda Element in with a broken tailpipe and they said it could not be fixed- not by them nor by anyone else. They told me I ne friendly. I brought my Honda Element in with a broken tailpipe and they said it could not be fixed- not by them nor by anyone else. They told me I needed an entirely new exhaust system, which would cost me over $5,300 for (aftermarket!) parts, plus labor. I took it to a local garage, where they welded on a new tailpipe for $149. More
