Upon arrival to service dept it seemed as though no one looked up to acknowledge me and as if they were hoping someone would take me. I spoke up and one guy said, im busy right now. I think they were generally busy but maybe you need a greeter, assigner. Prompt service once I was taken in. They were very aware of which re call was needed. I was always kept informed. More
