I drove the car from land into toms River and since 2014 never had an issue brought it in for service and left with a timing chain , barely made it back to maze land noticed as soon as I left the shop how much more the car had not really sure what went on in there for a recall I knew from New Jersey inspection that my muffler sensor had failed. I wanted that fixed also but how do you bring it in and drive it And then find out you can’t drive home . not really sure what to make of this brought in for a recall and left with the timing problem. I will definitely rethink my next vehicle. Thank you John Camisa. More
There is a need to improve customer service. I’ve been told to receive a message for update with regard to my concern during the last visit but I received none. I was told in 5-7 days, the part for my car that need to be acquired would be available. I called for a couple of times but not provided any updates as of this writing. Last call today, I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes and ended up hanged because they said they are looking into it. Frustrating. Not the usual experience I had lately with Honda. More

This was the second time I brought my car to the TR Honda and worked with Tom. He is very customer focused, which is noticeable. The car needed a B1 service and was completed within the time frame I was give and worked with Tom. He is very customer focused, which is noticeable.
