What a friendly , truly caring, helpful, all around dealership. I bought my Pre-certified 2017 Honda Civic almost 3 month ago.About a month ago, I often heard ‘a grinding noise’ when backing out dealership. I bought my Pre-certified 2017 Honda Civic almost 3 month ago.About a month ago, I often heard ‘a grinding noise’ when backing out of driveway or stopping. I finally got the chance to call. I called and spoke to my sales associate Ben who told me to bring it in and they would check it out. He also explained scenarios about what could be wrong or it might be dust on the brakes from the damp, wet, snowy weather we been having. So he connected me with the service center. Mike picked up the phone. Set me up immediately with an appointment. Brought the car in. They did a complete check. Brakes were brand new and car was perfect. Mike took care of me with other small things I needed to learn how to do on dashboard. He was very very polite, friendly, helpful and considerate. Great experience again.
