Came in for an oil and filter change which is a B1 maintenance. It was recommended to have tires rotated at an ADDITIONAL cost which is normally included with B1 maintenance. Print out didn’t include maintenance. It was recommended to have tires rotated at an ADDITIONAL cost which is normally included with B1 maintenance. Print out didn’t include if fluids were topped off which is also normally apart of B1 maintenance and performed during complimentary multi-inspection. Also recommended was for the air filter to be changed. I declined as I was confused with the air filter and oil filter being the same and already included with B1 maintenance. Service advisor didn’t explain and only mentioned ADDITIONAL cost and affect if not serviced. My husband later explained the difference of each filter. I chose this location because of the availability in scheduling as an alternative to the location I prefer. I wrote a previous review in a rush PRIOR to having the time to review and compare previous service print outs. I would not discourage or recommended a future inquiring customer. My advice is for service advisor and print out to be more detailed in what’s included with any service and multi-inspections. More
