This dealer shop is always recommended parts to be changed far from when they need to be. They have told me a battery i replaced a year prior was already going bad. Went back to where i purchased it, changed far from when they need to be. They have told me a battery i replaced a year prior was already going bad. Went back to where i purchased it, and they tested it. Of course the battery was fine and has continued to work for the next 3 years and counting. At my last service appointment, they told me my rear brakes were worn down to 3mm which was strange because i had them changed not too long ago. When i had the replaced there was about 10mm of pad on them! Ridiculous. They charged me almost $800 for the brake job, so no wonder they are always saying good parts are bad. Destroys the trust. Horrible dealership. More

My car was there over the weekend and I was told I need brakes and it was going to cost 750.00. I declined the service so I can get another opinion. Come to find out I do not need brakes yet I still have 1 brakes and it was going to cost 750.00. I declined the service so I can get another opinion. Come to find out I do not need brakes yet I still have 1/2 a pad. Also as I left the dealership after paying for an oil change and tire rotation my tire light came on. I called the dealership and was told to come back because the mechanic probably forgot to calibrate the tires. So frustrating when I trusted someone to do the job right. This is not the first time I had an experience like this. More
