I pulled up and and was greeted by the older gentleman. I must mention as we were interacting, a real young man pulled up fast in a car and when he was told 'we save those for later' (idk what that meant e I must mention as we were interacting, a real young man pulled up fast in a car and when he was told 'we save those for later' (idk what that meant exactly, hopefully you do) the kid gave him lip and the older man mentioned he has been working there a while and the kid was new. If you know who this older man is, I want to thank him for his kind, courteous service. If you know who I'm speaking about, he deserves some recognition because that is the perfect way to interact with a customer. The rest of the staff that I dealt with were nice I guess. They didn't smile or anything...kind of seemed short and unhappy. The older man greeted me with a smile and talked me thru the next steps of my service appt. Two thumbs way up for him! The young kid was an xxxxxxx and kind of made you guys look bad and unprofessional and if anyone ever drove my car the way he pulled up and hit the breaks in that car, that would be a big problem.
