We have already spoken to you and exchanged emails. You offered us a reduced amount of a refund in the form of service credit. Why would we consider returning to have our vehicles serviced after numerous frustrating situations? (Brakes done improperly, which had to be redone, couldn't find a leak in tire and my daughter had to point out to tech, and recent fix we had to pay for due to shotty timing belt service.) As I mentioned, we have been a customer for over 20 years and treated unfairly. It would take alot more than a phone call to make us consider coming back (full refund on cost of service correction to start). This post is to help others avoid your service department.
