I wish i had done more research on this dealership! The vehicle i purchased is a 2020 Jeep, for $23k when the same one is being sold at other places for $5k less. There are body scratches and it was not only unclean inside, but all the fluids were low, including the gas! I didn't think to check, and when they took it back to get "cleaned up" i figured they were cleaning the interior! I had such confidence that i didn't notice the imperfections. The service dept stinks too. They won't do anything to help because they aren't a jeep dealer and they don't have jeep parts or fluids. holy cow! I feel so stupid for buying here. I have since heard horror stories about this particular dealership. There's a reason it's just ONE location. Buyer beware! More

I appreciate that they have VIP service. I can rely on the integrity and quality of their service. Trust, that the repairs are done with quality honda parts. As a women I depend on the honesty of the service representative, telling me the needed work that should be done.I have to admit that the prices are high, my last two services were 1 for 600.00, 2nd. for 700.00 dollars. Most times it is not just a oil change or basic stuff. However my 2008 accord runs safely and that is what matters. I do question that once I was told the can needed a specific repair but it could be done another time. Do to at the time it was bot something I could afford. Yet on the next service done it was never mentioned again ??? 🤔 Gave me something to think about. I understand the dealership needs to meet it's overhead and make a profit, however it did give me pause. More
