I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and knew that I needed tires from past visits. My HR-V was on the recall list for the seatbelt. Due to personal matters and other obligations, it was difficult for me to make an appointment for service. During a phone call with Lisa Caiola, I was advised of their VIP service. An appointment was scheduled, where a valet came to my home and then drove my car to the dealership for repairs. Upon completion, a valet drove my car back to my home and returned it to me. This was such a wonderful convenience. It enabled me to take care of personal matters, and eased my mind, knowing that the repairs were done. I was kept informed by Tom Scelfo of the Service Dept. of the valet's arrival to my home, and also that the repairs were completed. An excellent experience. More
