The moment I drove up to the dealer I was impressed. Matt right away asked to help me. The best part was how friendly they were, and really concerned about what I wanted and what I needed. Within the first week of having my car someone pushed a shopping cart into the passenger side and I have a dent in it. This is not the first Honda product I have purchased but this dealer made the process simple, offer the best price. When Toyota dealers thing the Prius is worth $3000 over MSRP you will just LOVE the Civic Hybrid. I traded a Nissan in and the dealer gave me the best trade in out of anyone else. Even better than the Nissan dealer! I can't say enough positive about this place. Go see Jerry and Steve they will make you the best deal. More

They searched out the color i wanted, and was delivered quickly and promptly. I also had a small paint problem (im picky) and it was fixed immediately and care free.. My husband bought a used car from Honda of Tom's River in December 2010. He heard a rattling noise in front driver side tire shortly after purchaing the car and took it to a dealer closer to home. Dealer informed him that car has SAFETY issues (issues with front axel, oil leak, real spring coils) and should NOT have been sold as is without disclosing the issues. Car was listed on Autotrader.com as pristine, which was misleading. They also sold him a useless warranty which does not cover any of these issues. We have contacted HOTR numnerous times and after being passed around were directed to Manager Charles Approvato who will not return any of our emails or phone calls. More
Worse experience ever! Purchased car on 9 April and still have not received plates. Honda of Toms River is incompotent at doing their job right the FIRST time and does NOT know how to do their properl still have not received plates. If you want to wait 30 days and still wait for for licanse plates than go ahead and purchase from them, but their is NO point to buy a car that you CANNOT drive after the 20 day temp tag experies. Honda of Toms River has no control so they say in any part of the sitution, but their would not be a sitution if they just did their job right the first time. I would recomend anyone especially MILITARY members to go anywhere but HONDA OF TOMS RIVER. More

It was clear that Vinne, Mike and Joe Ciaburri knew their business and executed with tranparency that was confidence inspiring. All employees at Honda of Toms River, from the receptionist on up, seem to understand the value of each customer. While I was working my deal, I witnessed the sales manager personally addressing customers who had presented a fictitious deal and wanted Honda of Toms River to beat it. He was respectful while being direct that the deal was, in his opinion, too good to be true and that, if the deal was true, that should go close on it. If they could not close on the deal that they thought they had been offered he invited them to return. "Come back," he said. "I miss you guys already." Not every customer is reasonable. How an organization manages a unreasonable customer speaks volumes about the organization's integrity. The fact that these customers, who did not approach the negotiation with integrity, were dealt with fairly and with integrity on the part of the dealership was, in my opinion, the correct way to deal with the matter. My own transaction was fair, well priced, and proceeded with transparency at each and every step. The vehicle I purchased has been a continuous delight. When making a purchase valued at $20,000 or more, why take risks? Go see Vinne at Honda of Toms River and sleep well at night. More
