When I had left the first time he encouraged me to shop around some more because he was confident that I would come back to get the best deal. He was 100% correct. My wife and I just picked up our new Honda CR-V EX-L with Navigation today. It was a smooth process, there wasn't any running back and forth to the sales manager, nor do we feel we were cheated. We got a better deal than the Edmunds True Value, with an interest rate that was better than the bank we had originally consulted, and significantly better than the other Honda dealership had given us. Overall Stephanie and Doug are a great team and I really had an easy time getting a great car at a fair price. Free oil changes and a free additional warranty were also deal closers for us as well. I do a lot of traveling and wanted specific features with my Civic. Doug listened to my needs and preferences and found me the perfect fit. The first car he showed me, I bought. I shopped Civics and other cars for the past 3 months so I really knew the models/pricing well. I received dishonest service/pricing at other dealerships and have been taken advantage of in the past. So I didn't want a good deal, I wanted a great deal. I was not in a rush to buy a new car, so I was very picky with the car itself and financing. Some of other dealerships don't listen and try to put you in a car you don't really want. My credit score was OK, but not a lock for Tier 1- .9% as I fell short of the 720 average score needed. Another Honda dealer wouldn't approve me unless I put down $2500 with a higher rate and I got the best rate with no money down at HoTR. I was very satisfied. My mother in Law bought an Accord here and had a good experience as well. I would definitely recommend Doug if you are in the Market for a Honda. I will be updating another vehicle later this year from Doug! More
